IMPORTANT COVID-19 MESSAGE!
Dear Valued Customers,
At HVAC StarPlus, the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and our community is a top priority. With this rapidly-evolving situation and the increasing impact COVID-19 has on our way of life, we are taking extreme precautions to sustain and continue our operations. We're closely monitoring COVID-19 developments and the expert guidance from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as our local, state and federal government agencies. Your safety is important to us and here are some of the proactive steps we are taking to mitigate the transmission and effects of COVID-19 in our workplace as well as yours.
- We are adhering to all government mandated restrictions and guidelines.
- Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of high traffic, commonly touched surfaces inside our office.
- Safety kits with disinfecting supplies and PPE have been deployed to all company vehicles to be used vigorously throughout each day.
- We've limited close contact between co-workers and employees who interact with customers will be maintaining a safe distance.
- Employees have been informed of best hand hygiene practices in accordance with official recommendations from The WHO, CDC and other government authorized reports.
- Employees have been instructed not to come to work sick, if they are showing any symptoms, or if they have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and will have to to self quarantine at home for at least 14 days under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
- All persons entering our office building must sanitize their hands immediately upon entry. We have hand sanitizing stations at each entry and soap stocked at every sink.
- Visitors are restricted from entering the office space without authorization from leadership.
- For your safety and ours we have implemented enhanced company protocols for each employee regarding the use of PPE (masks, gloves, etc.). If you would like more information please call our office (910) 509-7107.

Our hearts go out to those who have been directly affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and we appreciate all the healthcare workers who are on the front line fighting this without waiver.
